Payment Policy

Payment for services provided is required on the day of your appointment, we do not hold accounts. The act of booking any appointment with our services means that you agree to this policy in full:

Payment of services

Payment of services is required on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made in person, over the phone by debit/credit card or by direct bank transfer.

Selected online appointments require a deposit to be paid to secure the booking, this is done at the time of booking via Stripe. The amount paid will be credited towards payment of the service. Online payments can only be refunded if 24+ hours notice is given *Please note: Stripe charges a small booking fee for all online payments which we cannot refund so please choose carefully and always double check your appointment details before paying online.

Private health funds

Private health fund rebates apply to all services offered according to your health fund’s policy. If there is a problem with claiming at the time of payment you will be required to pay for your appointment in full then lodge a claim through your health fund at a later date.

Late payment procedure

If an invoice is created under this policy which is not paid on the day of service we will stop providing you with our services until it is paid in full. Late payment fees apply after this time and we reserve the right to take any further reasonable action necessary to recover any unpaid fees and to bill you for any reasonable additional costs incurred in taking such action.
