Cancellation/Non-Attendance Policy

The act of booking any appointment with our services means that you agree to this policy in full:

Notice period required for all appointments

For all appointments we require at least 24 hours notice of non-attendance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time or do not attend your appointment (missed appointment) you will be charged a missed appointment fee. If you do not adhere to this policy and have paid a deposit to secure an appointment online this will not be refunded.

To help avoid this scenario we send appointment reminders via SMS and e-mail the day before your appointment in the morning.

Missed appointment fee prices

Missed chiropractic appointments: standard consult $20, initial consult $34.

Missed remedial massage appointments: 33% of the total cost of massage booked.

Payment of fees

Payment of missed appointment fees is required on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made in person, over the phone by debit/credit card or by direct bank transfer.

Unpaid fees procedure

If a missed appointment fee is charged under this policy which is not paid promptly (within 7 days) we will stop providing you with our services until it is paid in full.

Late payment fees apply after this time and we reserve the right to take any further reasonable action necessary to recover any unpaid fees and to bill you for any reasonable additional costs incurred in taking such action.
